Evently service customers' person register.

4. Purpose of the register

Personal data is processed for the maintenance, development and analysis of the customer relationships of the Evently service, as well as for the development and monitoring of operations.

5. Information content of the register

For example following information can be processed in the register:

  • Contact information: name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and other contact information.
  • User data: user name, password and other data necessary for registration.
  • Personal information: birthday, employer, title and native language.
  • Payroll information: bank account, tax percent, personal identification number.
  • Technical data and cookies sent to the service user's browser and information related to those.
  • The logging data of the service also stores e.g. the user's IP address and information about the browser used.

6. Regular sources of information

Primary data sources for the data in the registry:

  • Data related to customer relationships and services and produced by the customer.
  • Party providing identification, verification, address, credit information or other similar services.
  • Cookies or other similar technologies.
  • Other public websites (e.g. company or venue website).

7. Disclosure of information

In principle, the information will not be disclosed to other parties. However, information may be disclosed if required by law or agreed with the customer.

8. Description of registry security principles

The information in the service is stored in secure data centers in the European Union region. Information systems are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical measures. Stored data as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal information will be treated confidentially and only by Crossfade approved persons, whose job description it includes. The information in the service is backed up regularly and can be restored if necessary.

The Evently service uses encryption to protect the communication between the user's terminal and the network service. A web service that uses encryption can be identified by a lock image next to the browser's address field and an address beginning with https prefix.

9. Right to inspect and correct data

In accordance with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data subject has the right to inspect, what information about the subject has been stored in the personal register. The data subject also has the right to request the correction of the data in the register. A request for inspection or correction shall be sent in writing and signed, to the address of the registrar and shall contain sufficient information, in order to identify the person from the register.
